You must complete at least half of your course work at Alfred University and achieve a grade point average of at least a "C" (2.0) in courses submitted for completion of the minor.
The goal of the 领导 小 is to prepare you to serve effectively in formal and informal leadership roles in campus, 当地的, national and global contexts. It will also help you develop a philosophy of leadership that can advance your thinking around ethics, civic engagement and the importance of working within diverse and multicultural environments.
